It looks like they are like cough medicine where you put how much u want a the spoon thing and inject into yr mouth...is this right? If so, do you just take it with water or what?

use an oral syringe for accurate measuring and you can chase it with whatever you want. I use water or grape fruit juice.

Yea usually when you purchase the nolva from AR Research it comes with an oral syringe. I use it for pretty much everything. It works great IMO.
