but i've heard you get better peak hormone levels with one large dose. my friend takes 6 on an empty stomach about an hour and a half before he lifts. we heard that's what works best. he's gained like 12 pounds in 2 weeks and he's still lookin pretty vascular.
dont really matter to much if thats what you wanna do then do it. more stable blood levels if you spread the dosage out evenly and theres still some in the system while your sleeping & growing at night, this is what i shoot for.

it will keep blood levels more stable. stable blood levels mean less side effects.
active life of d-bol is 3-4.5 hours!
