juice i miss it already
man i have been off now for about a month and im going crazy im ready to go back on cycle. i havn't lost anything yet but some strength. i ran a 16 week cyce with d-bol, tren , test-e and deca . i know i need to wait time on plus pct for time off. do you guys use anything while you are off cycle to help curve the urge of going back on too soon. i will make my self wait but damn this sucks. Also i know about bridging and i want to wait a few years before i get into all that. i was thinking along the lines of clen ,creatine,or anything else maybe tribulus or something to help maybe see some new gains.

LOL @ "I still havn't lost everything yet."
You shouldn't lose everything at all. I would suggest you learn how to keep muscle on your own before depending on AAS all the time.

I always use creatine, NO2, glutamine and trib to help bridge the gaps between my cyles. i find it helps alot. and why not trib?

The key to success is in bloodwork. If bloodtest are done and your body is suitable for using AS with no high/unwanted readings, stay on IMHO.

I agree with Swifto on this. I do take a few months off between cycles, but I do pretty long cycles though. Never had a problem so far.

time off is the time to prime your body to gain new muscle tissue instead of it being saturated with gear all the time so you have to keep increasing the dose or bridging,
Time off is a must in the long run recovery/maintenance imho

Tongkat-Ali works for me in pct and between cycles to keep my gains and sometimes put on another pound.
