i dont know man, i was eating 60 grams of protein, 70 grams of complex carbs from shredded wheat, and lots of excess calories from penut butter and sunflower seeds every 2.5 hours.

i was eating a cerial called shredded wheat n bran. the only ingrediant was whole grain.
