    running testE for 4 weeks is the most assanine thing you can do.. the gains u get are purely water.. and it doesnt really kick in till week 5 since it is a longer estered compound.

    anyways save ur money and do it right or dont do it at all.

    if you want to do short cycles, you need to use fast acting compounds such as prop or suspension

    Short cycles are greate, but you would have to use compounds that kick in fast! If test is what youre using, take prop!

    4 weeks of prop really isnt going to do much either .. maybe stacking prop w/ halo LOL or even abombs will do something in that time frame.

    Tren would probally be most effective in short cycles!

    its metabolites hang aroung far to long and are way to suppressive. recovery would be near to non w/o running an extension of test.. and the HALO was a joke in my prevoius post.. actually OT or DBOL would be very effective as long as slin/igf were ran in the PCT .. anyways nark came about w/ a brilliant idea on perpetual cycling w/only 4 weeks of GEAR and gh/igf/slin and other ancillaries to make it a VERY EFFECTIVE NON suppressive cycle w/ a short ass duration

    Not a complete waste! Prop kicks in about 10-days, atleast with me. He can gain a few pounds on that, no doubt...

    err.. it usually takes training WHILE ON to gain the mass the early on gains are purely water.
    around week 3 i see some fun occuring but ... by the time u see progress its time to quit.. imo WUTS da Point

    I agree that its better to run longer, but still gains can be made on 4-weeks cycles. Lets say he gained 5 pounds, thats probaly more or exactly as much as an advanced natrual trainer could gain in an entire year.

    im sorry but gaining 5lbs in 4 weeks ITS NOT LBM its water boss... if he ran letro to dry him out.. i would assure you MAYBE 2 lbs
