My friend in the gym is starting his first cycle with test e at 500mg ew, he works hard in the gym but is worried about his diet.
will he lose weight an gains rather that putting them on if he dosnt eat right?
will his hard training an dodgy diet be enough for him to gain mass?
i wasnt sure so thought i would ask you guys.:scratch:

he will not gain quality mass withoiut a quality diet mate.
check the boards dude....thats the best advice i can give you. there are alot of really smart/experienced guys on here who have already given alot of advice on this. do a search on "first cycle" there are alot of good posts about it.
im no pro by any means. i just started my first cycle. i have learned a ton just by reading others posts.

I think he eats healthy stuff,its just not like every 3-4 hrs
well the test should increase his appetite a bit so he will be eating more if hes worried about eating more then run eq and i garentee he wont have that problem anymore
