Creatine, Glutamine, Protein are the "big 3", I think.
Others like, ZMA, Trib, Tongkat Ali can be used to raise testosterone levels, though, some will will disagree and state there a watse of money.

my roommate takes no2 and i was just readin the back of his bottle and it is the same exact thing as nox 3000, but like 15-20$ more. its just 3000mg of a-akg. id just be better off savin the money and goin with nox 3000 then right?
san v12 is good but you will lose everything once you stop taking it.
wrong forum but i just got bought some this new pre-workout drink called methyl speed. its got methyl creatine and caffeine and i belive works as good as any legal suppliment.
food is the best thing you can buy at a store to help you get gains!
