I like the idea of creatine. Cell-tech has a $hit load of sugar but some like that. I prefer an ethyl-ester and mix it with my own Carb source.

No2 is great. I go with BSN's Nitrix. I feel as if I've gotten more off that and its half the price of the original one that GNC sells

Creatine, Glutamine, Protein are the "big 3", I think.

Others like, ZMA, Trib, Tongkat Ali can be used to raise testosterone levels , though, some will will disagree and state there a watse of money.

my roommate takes no2 and i was just readin the back of his bottle and it is the same exact thing as nox 3000, but like 15-20$ more. its just 3000mg of a-akg. id just be better off savin the money and goin with nox 3000 then right?
