what vitamins to take... please
i want to start taking some vitamins, more than just 1.5 g of l glutamine a day. i was looking into the animal pack with the 44 packs in it. it seems to have alot of goodies in it that i could use. would i be better off just buying serten individual vitamins or the animal pack. any imput is very helpfull

If you're going to go with a Vitamin Pack I prefer Beverly's pack. I have been using them for years. As far as a multi I erally like GNC's Megaman. Do have to say that's the only thing I like from GNC. Great time released multi that if spread out really administers nutrients throughout the day. Not in one bulk amount like those stupid Centrums or a one-a-day.
Good job on posting a lot of questions. You're willing to learn. We also have other forums. We have a supplement forum that you can post questions like these...........

thanks. ill go post the other stuff there. my bad i got carried away... i like getting the answeres right away and i just kept thinkin of stuff to ask.
woulud i be able to take the Beverly's pack and the magnum pack togeather.... i have yet to read alot about vitamins, thats my next thing.

Almost any type of multi vitamins work. Also take your BCAA's and B-5.

here's my crazy list a supps i take. i dont use the joint health supps if im on deca . and milk thistle ill run at 1000mg a day if using orals otherwise i'll use about 500mg (my pills come in 175mg capsules). zma and red kat i'll only use off cycle to boost my test levels and libido.
animal pak - 2 paks per day (1 before breakfast, 1 30 minutes after meal prior to workout)
vitamin c - 9 grams per day (1 gram approx. ever 1-2 hours)
flax seed oil - 9 grams per day (3 grams w/ breakfast, 3 grams w/ lunch, 3 grams with dinner)
milk thistle - 525mg per day
glucosamine sulfate - 1500mg per day (750mg 2 times per day)
chrondoitin sulfate - 1200mg per day (600mg 2 times per day)
msm - 500mg per day (250mg 2 times per day)
celadrin - 1500mg per day (500mg 3 times per day)
red kat - 600mg per day (300mg prior to breakfast, 300mg 6 hours later on an empty stomach)
zma 3 capsules daily (on empty stomach 30-60 minutes prior to bed)
taurine 5g a day when on clen
benadryl 100mg a night ever 3rd week when on clen

Do you really need to take all that? Im doing a cycle of test e 250, should I take that stuff?

personally, i use the multi vitamin and vit b 50 from costco. the vit b has all the types of b vitamins in it, plus a large dose of vitamin c... good sh_t
