When shoulds i use clmid,nolvadex!!!

I plan on doing a deca , dbol cycle. I would like to know when should i start to use clomid and nolvadex . This will be my first cycle and i know i should of gotton some test, but at the time i didnt know after i got my gear i found this site and its great thanks guys

Run it for PCT, 21 days after your last Deca jab.

I advise a more aggressive PCT, then the old favourite Clomid/Nolva.

Run PCT with HCG , Nolva, Proviron and Clomid after stopping HCG.

wk 1-3 HCG (Mon, Tue, Wed) 1500ius ED
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 3-5 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED
wk 1-6 Trib 1g/ED
wk 1-6 Creatine 5g/ED
wk 1-6 Glutamine 10g/ED.
Some sort of ZMA supplement.
