i dont actually mean explode, but my friends have been telling me to do cardio at the gym....bikes, EFX stairmasters etc.....is this not a good idea.

Oh ok. I would do cardio 1-3 times a week...preferably on the low side on a bulking cycle.
Yea see i do it, but its alot harder then usually ...my chest starts to hurt and i get short of breath alot easier.
