I'm doing a bulker right now of 75mg prop ED (525/wk) and 50mg eq ED (350/wk). However my body fat percentage is a little higher than I'd like, and I don't really want to wait until the end of my cycle to shed it. If I do cardio in the AM on an empty stomach (except I take glutamine before I run), then eat immediately afterwards, will I be decreasing what I can gain in the gym? My calories are over 5000 a day, and all lean meals.
