Nolva Thru WHOLE cycle good/bad?

who here runs nolva all the way thru their cycle
and who here only use it when sign of gyno become present?

i personally have never ran it all the way thru due to expense reasons
and alleged loss of gains (however little) that may be

does anyone have any good reasons to run it all the way thru? and at what dose?

i never took it all the way through, i tried, but im just horrible about taking pills everyday! so yeah, but i guess im not really prone to estrogen related sides, never had any sides really.

but if you are prone to the sides, than 10-20mgs per day, all the way through pct.

its suppose to help if you have high cholesterol too. but also i never had a problem with it. so yeah,

but i guess it all depends on your cycle,

ive always ran it throughout a cycle, prevention is better than any cure and the loss of gains are very slight

I have been on 20mg/day for the last 6months until recently I switched over to aromasin .

how effective is it with easing water retention on cycle

ive only ever used it for PCT - and/or Gyno

I used it @10mg ED.
As i'm prone to water retention.
I had enough till the 2nd last week of my cycle only.
As long as i was taking nolva my face wasn't puffy.
When i stopped it, the 'puffyness' got back a lil.
However i did watch my sodium intake to limit water retention.
But as a conclusion IMO it does help. At least for me.

I run nolva 20mgs ed+proviron 50mgs ed through cycles, to eliminate bloat/gyno. Anti-estrogens will not prevent gains at all, only water!

Proviron 50mg ED is a good bet IMO
I'm planin to use it for my next cycle.

i was considering using that in PCT to help the sex drive
although my girl will probably leave me when i start this cycle anyway, so probably not much point
