I've done the test e only cycle for 10 weeks now im thinking
1-14 test e 500mg
1-12 deca 400mg
nolva 10mg all the way through with clomid at the end
im kind of torn between deca and eq im about 15% bf 210lbs i've posted a thread with pics but am bigger since then
biceps 17.25 inches
chest 48 inches
quads 24 (cant lift legs real hard gotta torn acl and chipped cartlidge have to get surgery)
calves 17
waist is about 34
i was thinkin about winny at the end or is that to much for a second cycle???
How tall are you, and what are your goals?
6' i'm thinkin just bulking up worry about leaning out later on, i'm planning on doing a really clean bulk, granted i still need to research a lil on the diet section but i'll figure it out. Also i was wondering if i need to run anything else with the deca? because of the supposed progesterone gyno...? there are so many mixed views on this thx..
you can use vitamin b6 for the decasides mate!!
i prefer eq over deca but if i was to purely bulk i would use deca over eq!if you get my drift!
good second cycle mate just remember to start your pct 14 days after the last test e inj!!
definately i wont neglect pct at all...like i said im about 15% should i worry about alot of fat gain with deca? im kinda nervous about deca i dont wanna blow up horribly bad and how would i run the b6?
deca will give you some bloat mate but can be kept in check with ancilleray's,200mg edshould be fine.

deca = pure mass w/bloat
eq = vascularity and hardness w/ no bloat
I'm combining them both right now
Deca 400mg
EQ 500mg
w test.
Run the nolva at 10mg like you said.
I pefer the EQ, it does not bloat as much and makes you look ripped.
And depending on your experince I would run Test at 600-800mgwk.
this is only second cycle so i was gonna keep dosages down if i could plus i dont think my gear in the first cycle was good quality so i think i should gain pretty well....the only thing is between deca and eq do u put on as much size with the eq? im not lookin to be ripped but i would like to get down around 10-12% that would be fine with me...?
if you eat to get big you will put size on with anythin mate,you can use eq as a bulker no probs!but you will gain more in a bulker with deca due to the water retention that occurs.
gotcha....i'll do a lil more research on the two before i decide..i may end up with the eq just to help drop a lil bit of bf while on since it is a leaner gain to my understanding...but im still not sure

would 400mg eq be too low of a dosage for first run with eq?? i've been reading that it might be a low dose?

sweet thats what i wanted to hear....also i just read a post on running nolva through your cycle..i was gonna do 10mg all the way through but just heard that letro is actually better to run all the way through? any thoughts...and lastly my buddy is telling me that nolva/tribulus is good enough for pct that clomid causes eye problems sshould i worry about this because i was always under the understanding that clomid was a must
