Prop/Stanazol Cycle

Hello,

I'm 25 years old and been training for 3 years
I'm 86 Kg and roughly 5'6 Tall.
Don't know my bodyfat percentage but im fairly lean as i have been training for 3 years.
I can't notice that i am gaining anything anymore i have been training hard and tried all different training techniques high rep/low rep etc etc
I have found the low reps say 4-7 of heavy weight works best for me and also consistantly mixing up my routine. I have also been having plently of protein (in powder form & food form) i eat very well.
I have decided to do a cycle let me know what you think and also what do i need to take as i come of this cycle? Clomid? if so how much?
Please comment and help me and let me know how to come off a cycle like this?

ESD= EVERY SECOND DAY
ED= EVERYDAY

W2 Test Propriante 100MG ESD
W3 Test Propriante 100MG ESD

I realise the side effects of prop and stana and how painfull the injection is but i think this cycle is for me :)

This being your first cycle I suggest keeping it simplier. A basic test e cycle at 500mg/wk for 10-12 wks will suffice.

dragonslayer had it right, but if you're set on this cycle-you should lower the winstrol dose, and you might want to shoot 50mg prop ed so you can make sure your blood levels are stable. winstrol is 17aa compound, which means it'll be pretty hard on your liver.

anyway how often do you inject test e? and what do i need to take as i come off a cycle of test e or test p?

at what temperature should prop be stored at?
-2 degrees celcius? or room temp 23 degrees?

50 mg of prop ed
make the winny 50 mg a day and stretch it 2 more weeks
I would do winnyy weeks 8-12, 5 weeks in all

This cycle is a great great first cycle and you will see great results. Prop/Winny is a great cutting cycle. I would say if this is your first cycle and your going to do it right with cardio and diet I would look for 15-20 lbs, mostly lean muscle. Make suer your calories are up!!

test e can b shoot 2x per week

i have started my cycle off :7up: ........im doing 100mg a day of prop. :7up:
cardio every day and weights 4 times a week training all muscle groups.
i have only had 2 shots and my appetite is way up my pump at the gym is up and im also sweating a fair bit.
the ed injections aren't too bad.
what do you guys recommend diet wise?

I have taken before pics just haven't got them on the computer yet, when i do i will post pics every 2 weeks.

This is something I put together for co workers with the help of a few from the board. A quick list of foods I eat and are good muscle foods

Carbs

Oats-Oatmeal
Brown Rice
Yams
Veggies...Brocolli and Spinach are best
Reg white rice is ok but I never eat it
Beans

Fruits are good carbs but mainly melons and berries, those are best. I also use bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
**any berries**
Watermelon
Banana



Proteins

Egg whites
Canned Tuna..white tuna in water
Chicken
Steak
Fish..Salmon, talapia, Tuna steak...most any fish is good
Turkey meats..burgers, steaks, ground meat


Fats

flax, peanuts, natural peanut butter, mayo, cottage cheese, olive oil...

well 9 shots later and im 3 1/2kg heavier.
i have been doing weights 4 times a week and 1 hour cardio every day.
4 meals a day mostly meats white and red and fish and also vegetables and 4 VP2 whey protein isolate shakes a day.
My bf% hasn't gone up but 3 1/2kg in 9 days seems a bit extreme doesn't it?
and i weighed myself before bed, once i woke up and at lunch.

I would say a bit of water weight and the drastic change in diet gave you your weight. Sometimes its best to ignore the scale and focus on the mirror. Its not like the chics at the beach care what you weigh or bring a scale to the beach. NO?

as far as prop id do test enanthate and finish with 3 weeks of prop... i just started prop 4 days ago after 13 weeks of enanthate and well until then i wasnt totally impressed with steroids in general... now im totally in love... lol

Why would u tell him to do something you weren'te impressed with? I would tell him to use prop all the way through

and i thats what im going to do, im gonna do prop, prop and well umm more prop :)

i don't really care what the chicks at the beach think, im just doing it for myself to see how big i can get. the chicks are a bonus

hey yeah i noticed it's mostly water will this go away after my cycle?
or is there a way to get rid of it quickly after my cycle?

Letrozole. I took letro with dbol and seemed to get ripped. Weird. I would def make sure you take a letro or ldex

ok i have had 11 shots now and my weight has increased 6kg in total but this is all mostly water in the last few days i noticed alot of extra water i hope it all goes when i finish this cycle.

the only problem i have is getting the letro, it's real hard to get anything from overseas pretty much just wasting my money trying so i have to find it in australia.

how come the top of the prop bottle is all oily when i go to use it?
it's is in a dark place and stored under 23 degrees..........and i have gone through a few bottles and im not getting all the ml's and i know that there is exactly 30ml in a bottle, does it evapourate or something?

me and my friends all have the same drama.

what can i do to stop this?

Firstly, I think you should have done a lot more research before injecting a synthetic hormone into your body. You know the basics, but IMHO more research could have been done.

That aside, The cycle of Prop/Winny you've laid out isnt that bad. I'd do:

wk 1-10 Prop 100mg/ED
wk 6-10 Winny 50mg/ED

PCT starts 3 days after last Prop/Winny shot. Nolva only is a good choice, but there are other ancillaries you could add to make it more effective. I run HCG/Nolva/Proviron and will be adding Clen to that mix for into anti-catabolic properties.

Unless your bottle is underdosed? Its due to some of the AS staying inside the syringe/needle after injecting. A small amount is wasted, but this, as you can see, adds up.

i thought it was that waste bit,
and i researched plenty what are you trying to say?
