I've been reading alot of posts lately where someone gives an answers to a question that just isnt true. if you answer a question based soley on your experience, then say so. If your answering with something that you heard through the grapevine,Then say so. and if your answering because you THINK you know the answer, to that I say dont answer at all until your sure you know the answer.
Its ok to not know the correct answer to a perticular question, thats what the board is for. TO SHARE CORRECT INFO.
I just read a post where someone asked if it were ok to run eq with tren and someone with over 5000 post said "NO, THE TREN WILL CANCEL OUT THE EQ".
are you kidding me,where is this info from.I really want to see the evidence to back this one up. thats like saying Motrin will cancel out tylenol.
If your gonna make such a bold statement then you need to be able to back it up with some kind of study or test done.
ok,im done ranting,thanks for reading.

couldnt agree more. only answer questions that you know the answer too, or atleast know something that could be useful, and FACTUAL

yeah. we all see a lot of crap posted here.
If you are unsure of something, at least come out and say it....
Start with, "Please correct me if I am wrong, but...".
Don't give bogus advice....
If you are unsure of something, either say so or ask...

I have given advice based on studies, but the only thing about that is - there are usually studies that back the complete opposite. Most of the time mine is on experience, I usually say so if a debate arises.

Yes agreed it is important to do your research people. There is tons of research information available for you, DO IT! Yes ask people advice POST-RESEARCH. "Hi Im new how much test should I take" Is UNACCEPTABLE.
The people on this board is for advice and critique not research.
