need help for friend ..

my friend is doin a show in march .. so he needs a good cuttin cycle

right now hes 252 pounds 5'10 ..

if anyone can tell me what he should cycle and at what doses i woudla pprciate it

if he can fit 10 weeks i'd do this
test prop 50mg ed first 4 weeks
tren 75mg eod last 6 weeks
winstrol 50mg eod or ed for last 6 weeks
and if he wants i'd do 100mg masteron eod the last 6 weeks
i'd also run 25-50mg proviron the whole time to increase androgen level and hardness
and run 1mg arimidex ed for the last 10-20 days

has he ever taken steroids before?

I would tell him to get a trainer who know's about steroids and bb. the reason we cant help him is we cant see him a trainer can monitor his diet and cycle and can look at him to see how he is priogressing.

well hes been natural for years.. this is the first time he did a cycle he did test deca and dbol ..

but he started out at 170 pounds 5'10 .. and naturally got himself to 240 .. then he had a hardtime breakin 240 so he did a cycle and got to 252 .. hes in really great shape but he wants to come in lookin really shredded in this show .. so he asked me to find a good cycle for him

can he do anything else ?

simster .. hes actually the main trainer/manager of a gym .. lol he knows his shit he has alot of competitions on his hands.. and was a feature in a mag .. he just started juicing .. cuz he just got his pro card in 05 and he wants to get bigger for contest .
