cranberry juice/extract and a lot of water-like a gallon and a half-you should be fine but if you're lower back starts hurtin really bad you'll either have to see a doc, stop, or just suck it up. i'd go with the doc

Does pain in the lower back signal problems with the kidneys?Last time i ran tren I would get pain in my lower back, especially when gathering firewood. Was this my kidneys?

You can also add "Cranberry Extract" pills to your diet if you have a hard time toting cran juice everywhere. They can be bought from local health food stores.
