Where are the best spots to inject? Also what are more painfull than others. Little feed back please. Also You inject where you want to get most of your gains or does it not matter.

spot injections are a myth, it doesnt matter where you inject, youre not gonna get localized growth

I usually shoot glutes, quads, delts, and tris

I think the least painful spots are glutes and quads.. its typically the bigger the muscle, the less painful.. and it doesnt matter where you inject, the muscle will not grow more than others because it was injected.

This has topic has bee debated numerous times. Simply put....spot injections for localized growth have no effect on muscle hypertrophy. The only hormones that will effect localized muscle growth are PGF2a and IGF-1.

I prefer delt and quad injections.
