    please post results of test e

    I am taking a cycle of test e 250 @ 500. 1cc twice a week. Please if you have done this cycle let me know what you have gained. take me through it, week 3 week 4 week 6 and so on and so on. When did you start to gain, how much the first week? ect. Im excited to get some feed back on maybe what I might expect.
    Im 22
    5 11"
    197

    Eating 300 g or protein
    3000 4000 cals a day
    working out 6 on 1 off, hard core works outs.

    O and I will be taking nolva during the cycle and doing proper pct after, also I will be doing a 10 week cycle

    cant give u any numbers but i would drop ur training days down to 4 or 5...dont wanna overtrain..

    REally drop it down. WHat would you think would be a good workout week.

    day 1 chest abs
    day2 legs
    day 3back
    day 4 bi and tri
    day 5 shoulders
    ???? something like that, I thought you could work out more on a cycle due to faster recovery?

    Dropping it down will be easy Less days at the gym. but still what can I expect to get off the cycle.

    First of all, if you're doing 500mg you should do 2 shots 250mg each a week. Mondays and Thursdays would be prefered.

    All you need is 4-5 days of training if even that.
