guys,
despite reading i remain confused on cutting cycles.
obviously cutting means loosing bf but on some on the cycles i see here test/winni/ tren/ it would they talk about continuing togain muscle.
whaty would be the best cutting cycle for gaining muscle and cutting up. ( assuming diet.cardio etc all good)
