missing a workout
Ive been on my cycle for 4 weeks now. I missed my back workout yesterday because I was extremely tired. Well its bugging me, and I know its probbly ok but do you guys ever miss workouts and just pass them or do you do them the next day and push everything forward?

If i do miss it...I just push everything forward....I don't like missing a bodypart. I just use that day as my day off and my scheduled day off will then be a workout and I make damn sure I don't miss that workout.
