    Lightbulb Gainkeeper

    Hi everybody,

    Do someone have a good gainkeeper fomula for the off period?
    It could be anything aside from AAS...

    What are you referring to? PCT? Are you asking how to retain gains post cycle?

    No it's for the off-off period, so between the end of the PCT and the beginning of a next cycle.
    And yes to retain max gain.

    We have a good point with the diet.
    Now, GoodDiet+...

    Do the workout has to be less frequent or more?
