first cycle, just run test only. Diet and cardio cut you up, not gear. Tren has some harsh sides and isnt recommended for a first cycle and you need to already have pretty low bf to get results w/ masteron

I agree with most of the responses here - mainly the fact that it is your first cycle. My first cycle was Test Prop and EQ. Fina and Masteron both seperately have sides that affect everyone differently.

My best advice is to do a cycle of test, second cycle introduce a new compound to your body. Introducing three compounds your first cycle could result in a world of side effects and you will not know where they are coming from.

First cycle advice: Test only
Second cycle advice: Test and fina
Third cycle: Test, fina, and one other compound

You don't have to follow that exactly but it is the general idea I'm trying to give you.

I do have a test, I have sustanon 250, I would assume that would be fine

I would reccomend 500mg sustanon every week. Twice a week injections.

If you can handle it... split your injections to EOD. This will keep your levels consistent.

10 Weeks. Start your PCT last day - I wouldn't reccomend waiting on PCT - some people do with Sust due to their own personal preference.

Keep some Nolva on hand - do not combine Clomid and Nolva together in PCT.

but seen as though both sust and deca both have the same ester attached shoulden't both pct times start the same ?

ive read a few different start times for all kinds of gear not only for sus, but twice after i had sus i went to a friend who is a doctor who helps BB'S out and he tested my blood, he told me that the androgens levels were low enough to start sending correct signals to my body and start pct 18 days after my last shot,
but come on we are only talking 3days here so does it really matter because even if the levels were still high at 18days you can start clomid at a higher dose which will help and work

I'd start at 18 days, even though the ester determines 21 days (deconate). I'd rather have some sort of PCT aid in my system, than not have any for 3 days.

because test e is 14days after last shot and not 10!!
i do understand what you are saying and it does seem strange but like i have said before its only 3 days!!
in my experience when i was tested my levels were low enough at day 18 so thats when i start,

that right there tells me that you should be working on ur diet and cardio

Go over to the diet forum and read the "how to cut" sticky ... good info there

Next start doing some cardio in the AM on an empty stomach for 45 min at 65% HR

then when u get down to a reasonable bodyfat % .... then u can think about AAS

diet/cardio/training are the keys to fat loss ...... not the AAS
