Arimidex, Dbol, ALA at once with vitamins/sus & eq shot
Dbol-- 30mg ED 4 weeks
Sus -- 500mg 10 weeks
EQ -- 400mg 10 weeks
Arimidex .25mg ED
Is it ok to take arimidex .25mg, dbol and ala all at once in the morning with food of course. With a multi vit, vit.C and vit. E. 45 min before workout. I'll probably be working out in the morning.
Then take the Dbol and ALA after the workout and before bed.
Also take another multi vit and vit C & E before bed.
How does this sound?
Also I am planning on shooting the sus/eq on Monday/Thursday in the morning before my workout. How long before my workout should I shoot?

Nothing wrong with taking these all together. It really doesn't matter how long before working out you should shoot. You're not going to get a "pump" from injecting b4 working out. I'd say about 1/2 hour is probably ok.
