Thank you to all who respond to me
I know I got questions that probably most of you have heard a million times, but I would like to thank tgose who comment on my posts. I will blame all these horrible gains on the people here who help a noob get better.

6' former military ( got injured in Afghanistan) 210, 20% BF
just started 250mg w/k sus, going to move to 500 in a week or 2. have andro and EQ settin here also. Got all my PCT ready. I sure am glad I studied the pct or I would have been wasting it like crazy.
Booz, better to do 500 at once or 250 on day 1 then 250 on day 3?

is this your 1st course mate??i personally would have liked to see you get down to around 15% bf before usin gear but hey thats just me!

Yeah, I wish I had done a little more research on the BF before I started. But If I'm trying to build just size and mass (like powerlifters) is it that big a deal?
