I gained about 25 lbs. mostly muscle memory though.
12 weeks is a little long for your first cycle IMO but keep your dosage at 500 mg/week and you should grow my friend. I gained about 19 clean!! 8 week cycle of 500mg/week with a front load of 1G and winny (6 weeks)
i probally gained, a good 15lbs, maybe 8lbs lean, i got bloated kinda bad, with gut and all. i dont think ill ever do test-e again, ill stick with test prop.
Gained around 15-20 lbs. Kept alot of it.
gained 20 kept about 12.
