Hey I was thinking of taking 500mg test e, and 300mg deca a week for 10 weeks. Is there anything else I should be taking with this to produce good gains that will stay with me. I eat clean and do a little cardio before working out. I eat clean all week except for the weekend when I have a cheat day.
I would do cardio on its own session in the morning..other than that looks good.

i would run the test for 13 at 500mg and the deca for 12 at 400mg
then you could run ur PCT at week 16-18/19 .. check out pheedno's pct protocol
