Timing a pre-contest cutting cycle?

I'm currently 13 weeks out from my next contest, and will be running a primo/clen cutting cycle for 10 weeks. My question is this: When would be the best time to start the cycle time-wise? That is, should I start it now and end up being done with it a few weeks before the show, should I wait 3 weeks and time it to be done the week of the show, or should I wait even longer and run it through the show date? Here's what it looks like (and I'm female, so please don't leave me comments criticizing the low dose!)

Primo: 50mg q4d x 2 weeks, then 50mg q3d
Clen: 100-150mcg, alternating 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with xenadrine (the oldschool kind with ephedra)

a few of my female friends finish the cycle on the week of the comp, i also feel this is trial and error tho depends what kind of look your looking for,
