    Deca and FAT loss question.

    Hello everybody. I've done a few searches here but I cant quite get the answer im looking for.
    First off my stats.
    Im 35 years old..6'4...275 lbs.{lots fo fat---but a decent ammout of muscle}
    Ive been lifitng on and off for about 15 years.
    Just got back into to hardcore. Im hitting the gym daily and trying to do as much cardio as possible.
    When I strted a few weeks back I was 291--so im loosing lots of fat.
    My question is this. I know I need to loose another 25+ pounds to really be in better shape. I REALLLLLY wanna start a light cycle of Deca /Cypionate {which I already have}
    This would be my first ever cycle, so I wanna do it right.
    Should I just keep hitting the bike and the weights untill my bodyweight is lower or is it ok to start now?
    I figure if I was able to start now, I could get in another cuycle before summer.

    well you said you JUST GOT BACK INTO THE GYM, my advice to you is to forget about juice and keep hitting it naturally for atleast 4 months, people sell themselves short when they rush to juice after being back into the gym for only a couple of weeks, you need to find out where your natural plateau is, do that then worry about adding to what you can no longer achieve

    Actually--I totally agree with you. But you gotta know the feeling. The WANT to do it.
    What would be the outcome with a high Cardio and Deca cycle though?

    i understand you want to juice, but trust me i was in your position 6 months ago i had just got back into the gym and i wanted to juice, all my buddies told me not to do it, train natty for atleast 4 months and then worry about the sauce. deca only would be a bad choice, it sounds like you wanna shed some fat, deca will not really help with this, maybe some winny would help, again lose fat the natural way first, then worry about putting on muscle size later is the way to go, if you rely on juice to get you into shape then you will have a tough road to travel after you discontinue aas

    diet and cardio for you mate till you get around the 15% mark,then a test only cycle for your 1st one!

    I got Deca cause it's seemingly safe.

    you should start off with one compound due to knowing what sides if any you will get from each,if you were to gop into two compounds straight off the bat and had some seriouse issues with it how would you know what did this???
    you will get good gains with only one compound for your 1st cycle,why do more than you need?this will only lessen the effects of future cycles down the road!

    Understood. One last question if I may.
    If you were going to do just one of the two. You wouldnt choose Deca over the Cyp?
    Reason?

    deca will shut down your natty test mate,the test will shut it down also but will replace it with itself.
