Is this your first cycle ? If so just use the Test E on its own 500mg per week for 12 weeks spilt into two shots a week on Monday and Thursday. Do you know about PCT ?

hello thanks for ur reply, no ive done a cycle of sus250(12mls) and dianabol 100tabs but i didn't put much weight on, pct is clomid right? i got a box of 10 tabs for my next cycle the first cycle i did, i knew sweat **** all and was just jabbin shit into me lol

So how long did you do the first cycle for ? What are your stats and age ? How long ago did you do the first cycle ? You know that you can do all the juice in the world but if you arnt getting at least 3000 calories a day and 300g of protein a day then it wont do shit.

i was on it for about 2-3 months i weigh 65kgs and im 20 in 3 days lol
i get plenty of protein thats not a prob since im a butcher lol
i was doing 1ml of sus and 40mls dianabol for first 2 weeks then i upped it to 2mls of sus for the rest and 30mls dianabol

oh and that cycle was atleast 4 months ago

Well personally I think you could do a lot more naturally. At 65kg and 20 you shouldnt be juicing at all, but you probably wont listen to that. You didnt gain because you either wernt eating right or you wernt working out correctly. I would spend a lot of time on this site reading and learning before I did anything else with juice. For a start you dont change the dose through the cycle like you did on the first. You pick a number and stick with it.
