bros,
am half way through sust 250 2week cycle, which i kickstarted with dbol 50/day. problem is that despits diet being good have made only modest increase on mass ( 6lbs so far) although body shape has changed a lot.
what could i add to second half of cycle to boost the muscle gain and possile cut a little fat.. iwas thinking either winni 50 /day or tren 50/day.. what do you think

if this id your 1st cycle and are half way through it then i would add nothing mate,just up the cals it sounds to me that you may not be consuming enuff?
i would bump up the sust to EOD but that is just me. i see no point in using a mixed ester unless your getting all you can from its esters. and to do that you would have to run it EOD.
this is my first proper cycle and is 12 weeks not 2!, prior to this i have done a few half harted cycles on sust/deca and made little overall gains.
so increasing sust o eod would increase my gains n the last 6 weeks is this correct or would adding a second compond ie tren or winni be useful.
this is your 1st cycle mate just stick to wat you have been told.
I think that Sust eod for your 1st cycle is way too much. You're fine as it is, now that you already started, but I think that you've done very little research beforehand.
