    Help on my first cycle please?

    Week 1-10 Test E at 500mg a week
    Week 1-4 D-Bol at 30mg a day
    Week 1-15 Nolvadex at 20mg every day
    Week 1-15 Arimidex at .25mg every day
    Week 13-15 Clomid at week 13 900mg Week 14 550 mg week 15 350mg

    Does everything seem to be in order? Do I need the Nolvadex and arimidex, the reason I have both is to be better safe then sorry. But will it hurt anything? Also, when and how much HCG do you reccomend i take? Thanks for any help.

    Choose Arimidex or Nolvadex not both. Nolvadex has been shown to decrease the effects of Arimidex. With the way your cycle is lined up I would assume that 20mgs of nolvadex would be sufficient.

    Start the clomid at week 12 not 13. Remember 14 days after last Test E shot.

    Is this your first cycle? Looks good..............

    Thanks for the help Jayhova16. Yes this is my first cycle. If arimidex is all I can get right now will it be sufficient or do you reccomend the Nolvadex over the Arimidex. Thanks Again.

    make sure got nolva for pct... from what i hear arimidex is better during cycle to cut water retention from test.. wish i had of had it for my first cycle

    Test and dbol looks good.

    I would run like 10mg ED of nolva if that. Some people will argue that you might not want to run nolva throughout your first cycle to see how you respond.

    like it was said earlier if you were reading dont use both because nolva can decrease the effects of the adex....adex is powerful so you can use it during cycle to cut water retention and do clomid and nolva for pct.....or you could run 10-20 mg of nolva during cycle and 40 for pct

    or just keep it on hand in case you need to use it...you might not have to better safe than sorry though

    to tell you the truth, I didnt run anything on my first cycle of test 500/wk....you might want to just to be safe, but eveything was fine for me....

    Sorry, I should have been more specific.. I meant on my cycle this time, which is my 3rd, Im running it due to the very high doses of test and deca ...1000/750...
