    Propionate, Cypionate, or Enanthate ??

    If is have my choice of the 3 which would be best to stack with Deca for my next cycle ?

    Enathate for me, given that it is probably a bulking cycle because your using deca , and also the long half lifes of deca and enanthate suit so you can inject both twice a week as oppoed to prop ED.

    I'm a prop man myself. Fast acting and I have had the best results on that...Just my opinion...

    This is what I have to work with...

    6'
    200lbs
    BF: ?? I'm guessing 8 to 10%
    Age 28
    Been training hard for the past 6 years

    My first AS cycle was d-bol and deca (blew up and got strong) but I had no PCT advice and didn't even know it was an option. My second was d-bol and Sust, again had some good gains put still was in the dark about PCT and had some bad sides with acne and mood

    3rd round and ready to do it right!
    As far as results go - I'm looking keep 15 to 20 lbs once this cycle is over. I was hoping to do this over a week 10 cycle. Since this will be my first real cycle would I be able to keep my dosage slightly lower ?

    This is my idea for my upcoming cycle;


    400mg test - WHICH ONE ??? (1-11)
    250mg deca(1-10)
    50mg Winny eod (7-11)
    Clomid - not sure of dosage or time frame to start?

    with deca I would go with enanthate you should inject both bi-weekly

    IMO, prop is the way to go as you wont retain as much water, especially if adding deca also...if you do go with cyp or en, you can shoot sun and thursday and yes you can combine the two and shoot at once...btw, i would go 12 weeks and have nolva on hand and add it into your pct with the clomid...

    test=500/week total
    novla=20mg/day if needed
    pct...start time is dependent upon the type of test used...check out the pct forum for specifics on the diff compounds, etc...

    I'm going to go with Enanthate over Cyp ... so when should I start PCT? Also I just saw a cycle that included a week of Propionate ed after the Enanthate at a low dose to help balance your levels. Any thoughts ?

    yes you can shoot them both...... deca with enanth or cyp is a great bulker. Havent done prop with deca, but I would imagine it is about the same....

    Go with any. Prop is more injects. Cyp or eth are VERY similar, so I would just go with which ever is easier to get or cheaper.

    PCT should start 14 days after last Test E shot.
    20mg nolva ed
    100mg clomid ed

    Some like to do their first day of PCT with a frontload of 300mg of clomid then continue with 100mg ed for the remainder of the PCT. A rule of thumb is 3 weeks for PCT, but if by the second week you start to wake up with hard ons, then you could discontinue.

    That is a good idea. IMO, It makes it easier to keep gains if you use a short ester following a long one like enanthate to bridge the gap to PCT. But if you do it you should go two weeks and start the pct i have earlier outlined 3 days after last prop injection. Also, 50mg ed is on the low side. I would bump it up to 75mg or 100mg ed. Just my opinion though. Best of luck to you.

    It is certainly possible. But I strongly believe that bodybuilding all boils down to diet. Your diet needs to be dead on along with training, sleep, and the right kind of cycle.

    I worked out my diet to be about 420 grams of protein, 250 Carbs, and 83 grams of fat - Roughly 3500 calories.

    I take it that the prop isn't going to tickle ...

    I'll let you know about the prop. I'm starting next week hopefully and it will be my first experience with it personally. As for the diet, bump those carbs up. You need 2g protein for every lb of lean body mass so you could afford to drop the protein a little. My guess is you have a lot of shakes since calories are still pretty low. Also go higher in kcals. You'll see a big difference with an extra 500 cals a day. Post your whole diet if you have it.

    This is the diet I've been working on..... I'm open to suggestions!


    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat


    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat


    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat


    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    I like it a lot. Very well thought out. You could make meal 4 a pro/carb meal though since it is your meal prior to workout. Might give you a little more calories and some extra energy. Just a thought. Any way, very nice lean bulker.

    Dawn, or a generic dishwashing soap works well. Also tanning would help dry the skin a bit.
    What brands are you going with anyway for your cycle?

    I wouldn't do prop because of the injection frequence & Cyp and Enanthate are basically the same shit.
