mick hart and nolva??

i just read a book by mick hart not too long ago when it came out (lame as hell )nothing like any other he suggest taking nolva everyday has any one ever done this seems like as waste to me would it be beneficial in a cutting cycle?

The reason he suggests taking Nolvadex everyday is to prevent Gyno. You can take any anti- estrogen you want, he just suggest Nolva. Tamoxifin is another you could take. There are a few anti-estrogens out there you can pick from.

some people use nolva ed(because they have to) myself included. It also helps keep all estrogen side effects(gyno,water ret,etc) in check. Then again some people never use an anti-e, totally depends on the individual. I have a frien who does over a gram of test a wk along with an assortment of other goodies and has no problem with gyno!
