    weightlifting instructins with pics for particular exersiese..link please?

    Can anyone send me a link with a website that show's pictures and instructions on how to do a variety of different exercises? Im having difficulty on some, and just want to have a base on how to do these particular movements. Any good sites with pictures and this? Thanks - str8cubano
