    new cycle plz advise

    hey guys hows it going, I am planning my 4th cycle I have had good gains in size and strength and am very pleased with the results, with my previous cycles. I am now planning on going on my next cycle I have been training natty for 3 months since I was last on, here are my previous cycles:

    cycle 1
    sust 500mg per week - wk 1-8
    pct
    (excellent gains in size and strength)

    cycle 2
    test enth 500mg per week - wk 1-10
    deca 400mg per week - wk 1-9
    pct
    (very good results in size and strength)

    cycle 3
    dbol 40mg pd 1-4
    test enth 750mgs pw 1-10
    deca 500mgs pw 1-9
    pct
    (excellent cycle)

    oh yeh my stats are:
    23 yrs old,
    5ft 7" 182 pounds (was 195 but slimmed down a lil)
    I do carry a bit of fat but not alot,

    my 4th cycle is a bulk/cutter and I was hoping for your advice:

    Week 0 Test Prop 100mg ED 10 days (frontload)

    Week 1-5 Dbol 30mg ED

    Week 1-17 nolva 10mg ED

    Week 1-17 HCG 500IU E4D

    Week 1-17 liquidex .50mg EOD

    Week 1-17 Proviron 50mg EOD

    Week 1-13 Equipoise (or deca) 600mg EW

    Week 1-13 Test Cypionate (or test enth) 750mg EW

    Week 14-17 Test Prop 100mg ED

    Week 14-17 Winny 50mg ED

    Week 18-21 Clen 20-100mcg ED for 14 Days

    Week 18-21 Clomid Therapy 300-100-50

    supplements I will be taking are:
    Milk thistle
    multi Vit
    protein shakes
    cod liver oil
    Vit B6
    any more suggestions would be excellent many thanks and hope 2 hear from u bros soon.

    The layout looks good, but i would definitly consider the EQ over deca if your looking to have more lean mass.

    ok, well if you are running 17wks......
    1-4 dbol 40-50mgs ed
    1-10deca 600mgs ed
    1-10 test cyp 750mgs ed
    11-17 tren ace 50mgs ed
    11-17 test prop 100mgs ed

    that's what id do. the tren shsould lean you out a bit and make you strong as ever, or you could replace that w/ 80mgs var ed.

    The pct looks good. Why dont you bump the Nolva up to 20mg ed weeks 18-21?

    Just a question here..............not to flame but you say this is your 4th cycle? You say you have done 3 cycles in the past that gave you all good gains in strength and size and yet your 182lbs.............so what size were you before you juiced. 130?

    when i started training i was 168 pounds after hardcore training eating and also sleeping i then got my weight up 2 210 pounds pretty lean, after tht i was involved in a car accident which totally ****ed up my wrist and i was unable to train for along time, i lost a hell of a lot of my gains in strength and size after sum time i then got back in 2 training and got up 2 203 pounds lean and stayed like that for a good while then after an incident which i care not 2 mention i ****ed up tha same wrist and my left shoulder, and i was out for sum time again, my weight dropped back down to 180pounds and i have maintained this weight lean for a while now, now that my shoulder and wrist are pretty much ok (thanks 2 GOD) i wanna start bulking again, so to answer your question i was like 170 before i juiced, if i hadnt had tha string of bad luck i have had i would be about 220-30pounds lean, hope i have answerd your question brother...
