Clen Headache

Hey guys today is my 4th day of ARR liquid Clen . Just now today up to 80 mcg and my head is killing me. I have had a headache since the very first day and it doesnt seem to be getting any better. Is this a side that will go away or something Im gonna have to deal with. Ive been pounding the Aleve and it doesnt seem to be helping.

it is a common side , i myself cant take but my buddy said he takes a BC powder b-4 he takes it and it helps him out.. Good luck

Alright, I'll look in to that. I can definitely drink more water. Does the lack of water cause the headache??

Alright more water it is then for sure. And I'm going to have to look around for something in the way of pain killers. This damn headache has been solid for 4 days now. Any of you guys get the headache's this bad?

It did the same thing to me, I gave them to a buddy cause I couldn't take the headaches.

Yeah, I definitely dont want to have to do that. But these headaches definitely suck. I took pills once before in the past and they never did this to me.

taking asprin will result in clen not working since it helps against fever. The clean heats you up a degree or two. asprin would render clen ineffective.

Wow dude. You sure you wanna be given advice on this forum?

Asprin, ineffective with a Beta Agonist. I suppose that's why its lumped into the EC"A" Stack too. Since asprin inhibits prostaglandin prodcution it actually helps to prolong the thermic effect.

Anyways, the headaches are most likely from Blood Pressue elevation. I suggest taking some Celery Seed Extract, this helps me alot.

I find the best relief from a clen headache/cramps is 12 oz of V8, I usually drink them twice a day with clen.

Yeah thats totally wrong. I realize that you read this elsewhere, didn't mean to jump down your throat. But this is all false, the headaches are from an increase in blood pressue not body temp.
