Hey everyone, Im just gettin together all of my information before I do my cycle of TEST 400mgs week 1-12 with DECA 300-350 week 1-10.... I am going to be purchasing my pct and was wondering if some of you could tell me what my pct should look like after this cycle?

I wil lbe purchasing Nolva (100cps at 25mg)..............
clomid(100cps at 50mg).......... what doseages should I be taking and for how long? I know its 14 days after your last shot...
This is the PCT I run:
wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED
wk 3-5 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 1-5 Creatine 5g/ED
wk 1-5 Glutamine 10g/ED
Some sort of MultiVitimin/Omega 3 and ZMA supplement
If all these compounds are not available to you. Run Nolva/Clomid or Nolva on its own. Something like:
wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 2-4 Clomid 50mg/ED
wk 1-5 Creatine 5g/ED
wk 1-5 Glutamine 10g/ED
Some sort of MultiVitimin/Omega 3 and ZMA supplement.
Train hard, rest harder and eat hardest.
