My plan is 8weeks:
week 1-8: equipose 500mg/w
week 1-8: test propionate 100mg/eod
week 4-8: winny 50mg/d
Now i have 22%bf and doing only diet and cardio
From drugs i use eca stack T3 and dnp
How much %bf must have to start the above cycle and have best results?
I think if i run this cycle now i`ll not have the best results and i`m waiting to drop to 15% to start.
Well, the lower yur BF%, the more visible your results will be.
Diet & do cardio to get as low as you can; when you start to hit a platuea, hit the cycle to push yourself to the next level.
I think dieting down to 15% is a good idea. If you start at 22%, you will not be all that shredded by the end of the cycle; at 15% you are more likely to have the lean, hard look you seem to be shooting for.

Should be the same? or its a must to raise carbs and calories?
IMO, eat a good amount of calories, just make sure there clean and it shouldnt be a problem.
keep cardio up, it easier to shed bf while on your cycle and cardio, do like 4 20-30 min. sessions/week along w/ days lifting, and dude cut out the bad fat from your diet.
