The winny only leans you out in terms of dropping some water weight. It doesnt defeat the object at all..........Both build muscle mass. Youll gain muscle on test and water...........when you do the winny near the end you will still be gaining muscle but loosing water so even thought your loosing weight............you will actually be gaining more muscle. If that makes sense...........

I hate when people say "Winny leans you out." It doesnt, it has no fat burning capabilies. When you get leaner you drop BF. Winny will not aid in dropping BF%.
What is your cycle history? That will better allow others to assist you...........

400mg of test a week for 8 weeks
50mg of winny 3 times a week for 8 weeks
