don't run eq alone. what else are you planning on puting in there.

right apologies today breakfast cheese omelett, wheat toast, low fat milk,2nd meal meal replacement, 3rd meal steak steamed rice, beans , and glass of 1% milk, 4 meal tuna sandwich , and finally dinner chicken , vegies, and cottage cheese. been traing regularly about 1.5 yrs off and on before that. oh and this will be a first cycle ..

I would stick with just a test cycle. Definitely wouldn't touch any tren yet. I don't think that EQ alone will give you the results that you are looking for. Try 500mg. of test E. or C. for 12 weeks and of course PCT at the end.

Also, make sure that you are getting in enough calories. Not sure what your stats are, or what size your meals are so it is hard to say. But I would be willing to bet that you aren't getting in the amount of calories that you should for optimal building potential.
