    2nd cycle help please!!

    Starting a second cycle and need a little advice. I did my first ever cycle 5 months ago and gained and held 20lbs. I basically cycled dbol and winny for six weeks along with clen and clomid (all oral). So before I destroy my liver I thought I'd check with you guys to see what you reccommend.
    Im 5'11" 190lbs and about 8% body fat
    I want to cut as well as gain to be at 210lbs and 5% body fat
    What should my next cycle be??

    About six weeks of winny and dbol
    then 4 weeks of clen and clomid
    I went from 170 to 190

    For the second cycle you need to put some test in their.

    I dont want to do another oral cycle, I would like to keep my liver around for awhile. I only did most of my research the first time around on orals because thats what I was doing. So I dont really know what to expect from a "pin" cycle or what I should even take?? I have read so far that tren and test both are effective, but really dont have a clue at this point. What do you guys recommend??

    test only 500mg weekly 10-12 weeks!

    I like booz's idea but I would throw in 400mg EQ, then use an aggressive PCT 3 weeks after last injection.

    Appreciate the info fellas. Which test do you prefer?? (prop, enan, sust, cypi, etc.) And what amount for how long?

    sust? :/ Stick with one kind of Test. Preferrably enathate. 500mg a wk. for 12 weeks and Deca would be good too. 300-400mg a wk. 11 weeks.
