what is your advice... 200-300mg primo wk 12wks eq 400mg wk 12wks really will be a first cycle over forty,(trying to keep sides dwn) want to up endurance diet is good looking for 8-10lbs, regularly weights, cycling, swimming, running, into triathlons. competitive age grouper. am I way off base ? advice greatly appreciated...

your running primo to low bump it up to 600 mg you should be good even 600 is kinda low

Primo is extremely week. You will need to atleast double the dose otherwise you are throwing money away
