How to do it the right way, the safe way!

My younger brother is going to run a winny only cycle to get fit before spring break. Ive tried everything to convince him to add test, but he is non compliant. He is going to run this cycle regardless of wat i say, so all i want is to make sure he runs this cycle in the safest way possible. I know winstrol causes problems with acne, hair loss, the joints, and last but definitely not least the libido. Wat should my brother take during the cycle and pct to minimalize these side effects? especially the libido problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

how old is your brother? Sounds like another one of these guys that has the misconception that winny is some miraculous fat burner, when its not!

Well, if he wants to do a winny only cycle tell him that his willy is not going to be working properly during spring break. Im guessing he is trying to cut up and impress ladies to get them in bed. ADD TEST!!!! reason being is his libido will be through the roof, also he will gain some good weight and still look good. I wouldnt see y not running test! Its a hella lot better! Also when he gets the girl in bed, and he cant get an erection he is going to be sooooooo embaressed and pissed cus he cant get laid then. Man, can he get test or is it the fact that he cant get it so he wont take it?????? If he can get it, TAKE IT!!!

Yes, maybe there is great results, but the results with test are 10X better. Personally, I would run test to pack on some muscle then add vitamin b5 at 2 GRAMS per day (this information was from oldman) and vitamin b6 at 200mg per day. Make sure he is getting some sort of anti-estrogen so he doesnt walk around with b*tch tits.

I would buy the tamoxifen citrate off of ARR's research chemicals. Link found at the top of page.

so if hes gonna do the winny only cycle he should use tamoxifen during it???

Have you ever ran winstrol by itself? Are you speaking from experience? Before I was really educated on AS I had run a few winstrol only cycles. I never had any problems with libido. My sex drive was actually through the roof. I always had the best orgasims on winstrol. Sometimes testosterone actually shuts down my sex drive. I can get hard, but its an effort and I really have no desire to have sex. My point being AS affects everyone differently and you never know until you try. Now, I woudnt run winstrol by itself anymore, mainly because of joint issues and you are right the results on testosterone are much better.

I havent but an uneducated buddy of mine has and it KILLED his sex drive. But like you said, everyone is different. I would rather be to cautios then not cautios enough.

so should i buy anything for my bro to take during or after his cycle? his main concern is his sex drive. wat about tongkat ali???

Tongkat ali is an AWESOME libido enhancer that you can get at any health and fitness store. Get him some test, he will thank you. Try for test E as its only 2 injections per week versus prop which is ED or EOD. Is he afraid of injections? If he is, then he isnt ready to do steroids. Period.

he is not afraid of injections he just doesnt want to stack anything else. he likes winstrol because of its mild androgenic effects. so tongkat ali can solve the libido problems of winstrol???

Winstrol just like tren shuts your natural testosterone production down. And with the loss of you being shut down, your libido will also be shut down. Test is added by users to replace the testosterone and thus driving your libido up. This doesnt happen to all users though.

He wont gain much off of winny. Also, he WILL NOT cut up with winny. Winny does not burn fat!!!! all winny does is harden you up with real minimal gains. On top of that, the joint pain that is accompanied with winny is not cool. And from what i stated above he will def. like the results with test better! Trust me on this one, he wont like the results and then want to do something else but will have to wait for another 6 weeks or however long he ran the winny. Tell him to stack if he is so infatuated with winny!!!!! What are his goals?

He will need proper PCT for after his cycle is over. Winstrol will shut down his natural testosterone production. Ideally he will need HCG, clomid, nolvadex, and arimidex. Here are some threads that may help you out with what he should do afterwards. If he does have errection problems on cycle he should get some cialis. I personally have no belief whatsoever in supplements like trib and tongkat.

I have run PCT both ways that these threads state. But, I personally had much better results with the first thread.

So testosterone is the solution, but it is not an option. Will tongkat ali or other test booster replace testosterone injections in protecting your libido? After a winny cycle will testosterone production return to normal???

Yes, with proper PCT his test will return to normal. And for libido enhancers, tongkat ali far surpasses tribulus. I have exeperienced tongkat and it works great for libido. Why is test not an option?:scratch:

If he is not going to do test, then so be it. He will probably wish he used it.

I totally agree. Winstrol will not cut you up. It will make you harder, but you already need to be cut to see those effects. And yes, the joint pain can be terrible. However, I have gotten some pretty good strength gains with winny. It has always really helped my muscular endurance.

If he is so concerned about his sex drive maybe he shouldn't do steroids? Sounds like he is looking for a miracle... like any drug Steroids are going to have their side effects. Unfortunately one of them is libido problems, that's part of the sacrafice.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but you should really look into this more and listen to a vet like legobricks, and the other guys, they know what they are talking about. Your "brother" best bet is test E with his winstrol. He will get some solid gains, and shouldn't lose to much sex drive if it's his first cycle. Once again, just trying to help out. Good luck to your "brother".
