is this your first cycle?
250mg/wk wont yield you much gain, maybe some but very little. If I only had 1 bottle of 10cc test I'd run it for 8 wks like this
wk1- 1/2cc
wk2- 1cc
wk3- 1 1/2cc
wk4- 2cc
wk 5-2cc
wk 6-1 1/2cc
wk7- 1cc
wk 8-1/2cc
Followed by 14 days PCT- 100mg days 1-10, 50mg days 10-14, no need for a full 3 wks PCT w/ only 1 bottle of test
Depends on a number of factors such as diet and training but on average about 20lbs
Sorry thought you said 500 maybe 10-15lb
250..considering everything else in check I would say 15lbs.

If this is a first cycle, and I'm sure it is, double the dose and run it steadily for 10 weeks. Get 2 bottles of 250mg/mL and do 2 injections per week for 10 weeks. Granted with most bottles these days you're lucky to get a full labeled 10mL per bottle......
As far as your question Evilone, You'll be looking to gain some strength, scale weight, which water retention will be given some credit too, and hopefully overall mass. As far as a number that's ridiculous to give. I have no idea of your current stats, age, body type, consistency of training, diet, motivation. There are too many factors to list.

If its your first cycle i would stick with the basic 500mg per week for 10-12 weeks, normaly the gains are very dramatic for the first cycle so long as your diet and training are up to it expect good quality gains,
Ok let me be more specific.... i have done a test cycle a bout 2 years ago ... i did 500 mg a week at least and was very unknowlegable about it like i am now....but unlike before i want more info.... I want to know at 6'3 187lbs and 12%bf as i stand if i take the 10 weeks of test enathate 250mg of iranian amps twice a week to keep the test levels stable what kind of yields and pct to match am i looking at.... I work out 5 time a week strict..... Im really only looking to be 210lbs at 8-10%bf What side effects do you think are gonna come along with a cycle like this? Btw my diet can get pretty strict.......last time i did not diet at all nor was any cardio involved and jumped from 200lbs to 230lbs but very bloated and soft looking thick neck and itchy nipples.... i do have some nolvadex but thats it im not in a rush to start but i would like to have a solid plan down.....

everybody is different with the gains you can achieve, alot depends on your diet and PCT and maintaining the gains after your cycle, i have seen gains in the range of 14lbs-25lbs for the first/second cycles,
as for side effects you should know if you would experience any if you have done a test cycle before, again everybody is different alot of people dont see any only some slight bloat which can be reduced with the correct compounds
Over 20lbs of lean muscle will require a lot of work and a high calorie diet, the juice won't do it alone. At 6' 3" 187 I think you could hit 200 naturally pretty easy, anything under 200 is kinda scrawny at that height. Your gains will all depend on your training/diet/rest. Get those in order first.
try 350-450 a week
and also do it for maybe 12-14 weeks
have hcg and take it just before PCT
