Sus took me around 4 weeks man, 3 maybe but its different with everyone. 250 isnt very much so maybe it will take longer to see any real gains. Good luck
Everyone is different... and it took me 6 weeks.. you however may feel it sooner.. it can be 1-2 weeks for some people...
i normaly start to feel sus kicking within 2 weeks,

yes im taking 250mg per week, and 1cc of deca a week
wats ur stats and how many cycles have u done. 1ml ov sus and 1ml ov deca isnt enough mate most people me being 1 ov them take it eod or even better ed for steady blood work and 2 take advantage ov the fast acting esters such az propionate .it can be a **** on with eod injections thats y some people go for test e or cyp as its less injections ..but dont let me put u of mate ..

yup u should
if your seeing gains thats fine but i would of gone with the basic 500mg test per week, 250mg per week of sus and 1cc of deca is a rubbish cycle, you should of done some research before starting, good luck anywayQuote:

FOR me sust250 just kicked in & im ending in week 5 going on wk 6, its weird but u will start to notice the difference. good luck
It took about four weeks before I had any noticable gains in strength. I would bump it up to at least 500mgs a wk that was my first cycle and I was happy with the results.
How often are you shooting the sust ? If its EOD you should feel it pretty much straight away because of the Prop in there, if its once a week then it will probably take about five weeks to feel it
Everyone is different. But when I did it was around week 4-5, I felt the kick. Maybe bump up the dosage to 500mg/week. Normally its done 3x week, EOD. I blow up only using 500mg/week myself..
Go 500 a week! You will notice the difference.
Well I could get my hands on sustanon 260, I mean im pretty much assuming it would be ok to use it after the sustanon 250, I would run out of the 250 if im gonna bump it up to 500mg, what do you guys think????

1cc of Deca and Sustanon is on the lite side but you will get strength and mass gains from it. You should start to feel your pumps within a week and half and it should be working great within 3-5 weeks. Usually its 4 weeks for me.
I've never used Nolva or any Anti-E while cycling Deca and Sust. I will use it for about 2 weeks after i drop it.
OK I'm confused. You say 250mg of Sust and (assuming 200mg/ml Deca) 1cc (200mg) of Deca per week is rubbish?
So that's a total of 450mg of juice per week. And that's rubbish? But 500mg of Test is cool?
What am I missing here? I know Deca isn't test... but the 1cc of deca can't be ignored, right?

I took it as he was bashing Havok's amounts. As far as isolating the product... Sust is a test blend and Deca (other than being limp) has fewer sides. IMO I think 250ml Sust and 200ml Deca is an OK first cycle.
