Rate my cycle. (Advice Please)

I'm 5'8" 220 pounds, 17% body fat and a bit of a novice. I just finished a 10 week cycle of sust and deca , 8 weeks sust and 10 deca. all went well, good solid gains and some nice overall strenght. This was my second cycle ever and I don't think the first counted, I was much younger and didn't do any research. I just bought some oil and went for it.
My goal is to put on some serious lean muscle. My next cycle I'll cut.
Their are some questions I have about this cycle I've come up with.
1. Is it to much?
2. Equipoise is a injection every 2 days, is their a replacement I could do weekly?
3. Are their any sexual side effects likely, If yes how do I avoid?
4. What changes would be benifical?
5. In general what do you think.

D bol 30 mg daily
300 mg enanthate .
300 mg equipoise

Week 2
D bol 30 mg daily
300 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise

Week 3
D bol 30 mg daily
300 mg enanthate.
300 mg equipoise


Week 4
400 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise
300 mg deca
50 mg proviron daily

Week 5
400 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise
300 mg deca
50 mg proviron daily


Week 6
300 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise
50 mg proviron daily

Week 7
300 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise
50 mg proviron daily

Week 8
300 mg enanthate
300 mg equipoise
50 mg proviron daily


Post therapy. 20 mg nolvadex daily 3000 iu HCG weekly, for four weeks.

EQ is way to low 400mg/wk is MIN
EQ needs to be RAN ATLEAST 12 weeks if not ALOT MORE.
Deca needs to be ran atleast 12weeks as well
so i say RESEARCh i give it a -2 outta 5 stars

I had read that deca could be used mid cycle, for two or three weeks to help retain gains.
If I increase my dosage and lenght of use with the eq, do I also increase the lenght of test?

you REALLY need to research because you probably dont even understand the basis of esters.

and yes YOU need to extend test when running EQ if you want OPTIMUM GAINS
deca is a long estered compound gonna take a while to KICK IN
now NPP is different its fast acting ester and can be ran 3weeks shorter

Whats with all these weird varying dosed cycles ive been seeing recently? Bro out of interest, what do you feel is the advantage of increasing the dose of test 2 weeks and then dropping it again? Basically that cycle is poo! Deca wont even have kicked in by the time you finish using it! I suggest you run Test e 500mg ew for 12 weeks and leave it at that.

I'ld rather do it like this:

Week 1-12: Deca or EQ @400mg EW
Week 1-12: Test cyp @400mg EW
optional (added)
Week 1-4: Dbols @40mg ED or test prop @50mg ED
Week 13-15: Test prop @50mg ED

at least 500 mg test & 400 mg eq deca for 2 weeks is nonsence even @ high dose eq & test e need 2b run for a longer period

I appricate the help. I'm still learning how the esters work.
week 1-12 400-500 mg enanthate and 400 eq or deca .
with these options
week 1-4 40 mg D-bol daily
week 8-12 50 mg of proviron daily ( to keep estrogen levels down)
Plus my post therapy.
Does this seem like a better program.

WoW, that's kind of you. Now how about some help improving it. I really am seeking some help and I will take any advice I can get. Don't think I'm going to take everything I read as gospel, after this I will go do more reasearch. My body is a temple and I don't want to damage it.
