Poor Adrenal Function... COLD AND TIRED?

Okay, So I finally thnk I've figured out why taking T3 does not cure my low body temperatures, it in fact DROPS them, is because I have preexisting stressed adrenal glands. I've searched into this and have found that stress and emotional factors are usually the culprit.
I however, don't have any of these problems, and I am wondering WHY is my temp so low all the time... approx 97.4 on any given day, and how can I begin correcting this problem, so I can even begin to see if my thyroid is actually stressed? THANKS
