Need to know if any knows of a picture or chart or instruction
On shooting up in the pecs, delts, triceps, biceps
Where exactly would I have to put the needle?

spot injection . com use to be the site for that but i dont know what happened to that site..

weird i tried site injection . com obviously no space though and it came up to spot injections . com.. so try that..
